New Issue: AIG again reopens $200 million 5.45% notes at 98.36

New York, Oct. 5 - American International Group, Inc. once more reopened its issue of 5.45% medium-term series MP notes due May 18, 2017, pricing $200 million of the notes at 98.36, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC was the managing underwriter.
