Industrial Development Bank of India announces $1.5 billion medium-term note program

New York, Nov. 14 - The Industrial Development Bank of India Ltd. has established a $1.5 billion medium-term note program, according to a press release.

Barclays and HSBC helped arrange the program.

The Mumbai-based bank said it may issue various debt instruments including senior notes, upper tier II notes, and hybrid tier I notes.
