China's ICBC Asia plans $300 million bonds due 2009

New York, June 21 - ICBC Asia plans to issue $300 million of bonds due 2009, according to a market source.

Goldman Sachs & Co., HSBC Bank and JP Morgan are running the books.

ICBC Asia is a Hong Kong-based division of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
