Industrial Bank of Korea plans to issue $300 million five-year floaters

New York, April 19 - Industrial Bank of Korea plans to issue a minimum offering of $300 million in five-year floating-rate notes (A3/A-/A+), according to a market source.

ABN Amro, Barclays Capital and JP Morgan are joint bookrunners for the Regulation S transaction.

The issue is expected to price this week. Industrial Bank of Korea is a Korean bank with a policy focus.
