Industrial Bank of Korea talks three-year dollar benchmark notes at 90 bps area over Treasuries

Atlanta, Jan. 23 – Industrial Bank of Korea set talk in the Treasuries plus 90 basis points area for a benchmark-sized offering of dollar-denominated notes due in three years (expected ratings: Aa2/AA-/AA-), a market source said.

Commerzbank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, MUFG and Nomura Securities are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal. IBK Securities is co-manager.

Pricing is expected to take place on Monday.

The lender is based in Seoul.
