New Issue: Industrial Bank of Korea prices $300 million 1 3/8% notes due 2015 at 115 bps spread

Atlanta, Sept. 26 - Industrial Bank of Korea priced $300 million 1 3/8% notes due Oct. 5, 2015 (Aa3/A/) at 99.649 to yield 1.495%, or Treasuries plus 115 basis points, a market source said.

Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Industrial Bank of Korea is based in Seoul, South Korea.
