New Issue: Industrial Bank of Korea issues $500 million 1.04% five-year notes

Los Angeles, June 22 – Industrial Bank of Korea issued $500 million of 1.04% notes due 2025 on Monday, according to a notice.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., IBK Securities Co., Ltd, Credit Agricole CIB, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Merrill Lynch International and Societe Generale are bookrunners for the Regulation S and Rule 144A offering.

The industrial bank is based in Seoul, South Korea.
