New Issue: ICBC sells $1.5 billion floating-rate notes due 2022, 2024

Olympia, Wash., June 11 – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. sold $1.5 billion of floating-rate medium-term notes in tranches due 2022 and 2024, according to a notice.
The bank’s Luxembourg branch issued $750 million of floating-rate notes due 2022 and $750 million of floating-rate notes due 2024 under its €8 billion medium-term note program.
ICBC is based in Beijing.
