Morgantown, W.Va., April 25 – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd.’s Singapore branch issued RMB 1 billion of 3.3% notes due 2022 on Thursday, according to a notice.
ICBC, Singapore Branch, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Europe) SA, ICBC International Securities Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. Hong Kong Branch, China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Credit Agricole CIB, CTBC Bank Co. Ltd., E.SUN Commercial Bank, Ltd. Hong Kong Branch and Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd. are the bookrunners for the notes.
The bank is based in Beijing.
