New Issue: ICBC sells $900 million floating-rate notes due 2020, 2022

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 13 – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. issued $900 million of floating-rate medium-term notes through its London branch, according to a Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. notice on Wednesday.

The issuance included $600 million of notes due 2020 and $300 million of notes due 2022.

The two series of notes were issued under the bank’s $10 billion MTN program established in December 2015.

Listing of the notes on the London Stock Exchange is expected to take place on Dec. 14.

ICBC is based in Beijing.
