New Issue: China’s ICBC issues RMB 44 billion 4.45% 10-year tier 2 capital bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 8 – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. issued RMB 44 billion of 4.45% tier 2 capital bonds, according to a notice.

The 10-year fixed-rate bonds are callable after five years.

Pricing details were not disclosed.

The bank is based in Beijing.
