New Issue: ICBC’s Singapore branch sells $2 billion floaters due 2020, 2022

Morgantown, W.Va., April 26 – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. issued $2 billion of floating-rate medium-term notes through its Singapore branch, according to a Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. notice on Wednesday.

The issuance included $550 million of notes due 2020 and $1.45 billion of notes due 2022.

Details of the issuance were not disclosed.

The bank is based in Beijing.
