Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 1 – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. issued RMB 500 million of 3.8% medium-term notes due 2019 through its Tokyo branch, according to a notice on Tuesday.
The notes were issued under ICBC’s $4 billion MTN program.
Details of the issuance were not disclosed.
The bank is based in Beijing.
