New Issue: ICBC’s Singapore branch issues $500 million three-year notes

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 12 – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. issued $500 million of fixed-rate medium-term notes due 2019 through its Singapore branch, according to a notice on Friday.

Details of the issuance were not disclosed.

The bank is based in Beijing.
