New Issue: ICBC’s Luxembourg branch issues $800 million 1 7/8% three-year notes

Morgantown, W.Va., July 14 – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. issued $800 million of 1 7/8% three-year notes at 99.646 through its Luxembourg branch on Thursday, according to a notice.

The fixed-rate notes (A1) were issued under the bank’s €8 billion medium-term note program established in January 2015.

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., BNP Paribas, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., ICBC Standard Bank plc and Merrill Lynch International are the mangers.

The bank is based in Beijing.
