China’s ICBC begins roadshow ahead of tier 2 capital notes offering

Morgantown, W.Va., Sept. 14 – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. said it will begin a roadshow on Monday ahead of a planned issuance of tier 2 capital notes.

Proceeds from the proposed Rule 144A and Regulation S offering will be used to replenish the bank’s tier 2 capital.

The bank is based in Beijing.
