New Issue: China’s ICBC prices $500 million 2 5/8% five-year notes at 120 bps over Treasuries

Atlanta, May 18 – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. priced $500 million 2 5/8% five-year notes at 99.689 to yield Treasuries plus 120 basis points, a market source said.

Citigroup, Emirates NBD, ICBC International and National Bank of Abu Dhabi were the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

The issuer is based in Beijing.
