New Issue: China’s ICBC sells $600 million floating-rate notes due 2018

Madison, Wis., Feb. 12 – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. announced the issuance of $600 million of floating-rate notes due 2018.

The notes were issued by ICBC’s Luxembourg Branch under its €8 billion medium-term note program established in January, according to a notice.

Other terms of the deal were not disclosed.

ICBC is based in Beijing.
