China's ICBC sets final talk for 10-year dollar benchmark notes

Atlanta, Oct. 3 - Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. set price talk in the Treasuries plus 320 basis points area for its dollar-denominated offering of benchmark-sized notes due in 10 years (expected rating: //BBB+), a market source said.

ICBC, ANZ, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Credit Agricole, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, RBS and UBS are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

Pricing is expected to take place on Thursday.

The bank is based in Beijing.
