China's ICBC mandates 11 bookrunners for dollar 10-year notes

Atlanta, Oct. 2 - Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. has mandated ICBC, ANZ, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Credit Agricole, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, RBS and UBS as the bookrunners for a dollar-denominated offering of notes due in 10 years (expected rating: //BBB+), a market source said.

The Regulation S deal is expected to be benchmark-sized.

The bank is based in Beijing.
