China’s ICBC to list $20 billion medium-term note program

Concord, N.H., May 24 – Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd. plans to list its $20 billion global medium-term note program on the Hong Kong Exchange, according to a May 23 offering circular.

The program is effective until May 23, 2023.

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Ltd. is the dealer and arranger.

The notes will be issued in various series and forms and may be fixed, floating or zero-rate notes.

ICBC Financial Leasing is a leasing company based in Beijing.
