ICBC (Asia) to kick off roadshow for $300 million five-year notes on Sept. 6

New York, Sept. 1 - Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Ltd. will start a roadshow on Sept. 6 for its $300 million notes offering (A2), according to a market source.

The roadshow will take place in Asia from Sept. 6 to Sept. 8.

The proposed notes are structured as a fixed rate five-year bullet.

JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and HSBC are running the Regulation S deal.
