By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, June 13 - Indonesia's Indosat International Finance Co. BV is marketing a $200 million to $250 million offering of seven-year notes (B1/BB-) at the 7½% area, according to a syndicate source.

The roadshow got underway Monday in Hong Kong and will run in Singapore on Tuesday and in London on Wednesday before wrapping up on Thursday in New York.

Credit Suisse First Boston, Goldman Sachs & Co. and JP Morgan are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

The notes come with five years of call protection and are guaranteed by PT Indosat TBK, a Jakarta-based telecommunications company.
