Indonesia's Indosat names banks for financing program

New York, March 21 - PT Indonesian Satellite Corp. said it has named PT Artha Andalan Advisindo Securities, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse First Boston and Goldman Sachs to help the company prepare a financing program.

The syndicate will help the company determine the composition, structure, terms and condition of the program.

Indosat, based in Jakarta, is a leading telecommunication and information provider.
