Fitch upgrades three Indonesia telecoms

Fitch Ratings said it upgraded the long-term foreign-currency issuer default ratings of PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel) and PT Indosat Tbk (Indosat) to BBB- from BB+, as well as the long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Telkom) to BB+ from BB. Fitch also said it upgraded Telkomsel's long-term local-currency issuer default rating to BBB from BBB-.

The outlook is stable.

These upgrades follow recent upgrades of Indonesia's sovereign ratings, Moody's said.
