Indosat $300 million seven-year notes via three-way bookrunning syndicate

St. Louis, Oct. 20 - Indosat Finance Co. BV's $300 million offering of guaranteed notes due 2010 (B2/B+) is being led by the three-way bookrunning syndicate of ING, Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs, according to a syndicate source.

ING will serve as global coordinator for the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering.

A market source told Prospect News that the roadshow is expected to begin on Tuesday.

The issuer is a subsidiary of P.T. Indonesian Satellite Corp. Tbk.
