Indosat to start roadshow Tuesday for $300 million 10-year notes

St. Louis, Oct. 17 - Indosat Finance Co. BV begins the roadshow Tuesday for an offering of $300 million of senior unsecured notes due 2013 (B+), according to a market source.

Goldman Sachs and Barclays Capital are underwriters.

The prospective issuer is a subsidiary of P.T. Indonesian Satellite Corp. Tbk.
