New Issue: Thailand’s Indorama sells 1.15 billion baht 3.92% 10-year bonds at par

Morgantown, W.Va., Dec. 9 – Indorama Ventures PCL said it issued 1.15 billion baht of senior debentures on Wednesday.

The 10-year debentures were issued at par with a fixed coupon of 3.92%.

The debentures are non-callable.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The company had previously proposed to issue up to 25 billion baht of debentures. Shareholders approved the issuance in April 2015.

Indorama is a Bangkok-based vertically integrated polyester chain producer and wool yarns manufacturer.
