New Issue: Thailand-based Indorama sells S$195 million 3.73% 10-year bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 7 – Indorama Ventures PCL announced it issued its first overseas senior bonds totaling S$195 million to institutional investors in Singapore.

The bonds (AA//) were issued through wholly owned subsidiary IVL Singapore Pte. Ltd.

The bonds have a maturity of 10 years and carry a coupon of 3.73%.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and for general corporate purposes.

Indorama is a Bangkok-based vertically integrated polyester chain producer and wool yarns manufacturer.
