By Rebecca Melvin

New York, Jan. 7 – Indonesia (Baa2/BBB/BBB) was pricing U.S. dollar- and euro-denominated notes on Tuesday that are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, according to market sources.

The dollar fixed-rate notes were being talked at a 3 1/8% area yield for a tranche of 10-year notes and at a 3¾% area yield for the 30-year notes.

The long seven-year euro notes were being talked at spread to mid-swaps of 103 basis points to 107 bps, according to the final guidance of a syndicate source. The spread was tightened from initial talk in the mid-swaps plus 130 bps area.

The three benchmark-sized deals were being marketed via joint bookrunners Citigroup (billing and delivery), Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Mandiri Securities and Societe Generale.

Co-managers are PT Danareksa Sekurities, PT Trimegah and Sekuritas Indonesia.
