By Rebecca Melvin

New York, Dec. 4 – The Republic of Indonesia plans to price U.S. dollar-denominated notes in three tranches on Monday, according to a market source.

Pricing of the five-year notes was guided to a yield in the 3.05% area; the 10-year notes were seen pricing at a yield in the 3.6% area; and the 30-year notes were guided to a 4.45% yield.

The senior notes (expected ratings Baa3/BBB-/BBB-) were being marketed by joint bookrunners Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, ANZ and Goldman Sachs.
