Indonesia sets initial talk for five-, 10-year dollar sukuk

Atlanta, March 22 – Indonesia gave initial guidance for a two-tranche, dollar-denominated offering of Islamic bonds due in five and 10 years (expected rating: //BBB-), a market source said.

The notes will be issued via Perusahaan Penerbit SBSN Indonesia III (PPSI-III) under the program.

The five-year notes were talked at 3¾%, and the 10-year notes were talked at 4½%.

Other details were not immediately available on Wednesday.
