Fitch: Indonesia bonds BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an expected rating of BBB- to Indonesia’s forthcoming euro-denominated bonds issued under the republic’s global medium-term note program.

The expected rating is in line with Indonesia’s long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating of BBB- with a stable outlook.

The rating is sensitive to any changes in Indonesia’s long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating, Fitch said.

The country’s long-term local-currency issuer default rating also is BBB- with a stable outlook, the agency said.
