Indonesia gives guidance for dollar notes due in 2026 and 2046

Atlanta, Dec. 1 – Indonesia set talk for a two-tranche offering of dollar-denominated notes due in 2026 and 2046 (expected ratings: Baa3/BB+/BBB-), a market source said.

The long 10-year notes were talked at a yield in the 4.85% area.

The long 30-year notes were talked at 6%.

BofA Merrill Lynch, CIMB, Citigroup and HSBC are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, which could price as soon as Tuesday.
