Indonesia sets talk for two-tranche dollar notes due in 10, 30 years

Atlanta, Jan. 8 – Indonesia gave guidance for a two-tranche offering of dollar-denominated notes due in 10 and 30 years (expected ratings: Baa3/BB+/BBB-), a market source said.

The 10-year notes were talked at a yield in the 4¼% area.

The 30-year notes were talked at a yield in the 5¼% area.

Citigroup, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal, which could total as much as $4 billion.
