New Issue: Indonesia prices €1 billion 2 7/8% seven-year notes at 195 bps spread

Atlanta, July 3 – Indonesia priced €1 billion 2 7/8% seven-year notes (/BB+/) at 99.37 to yield mid-swaps plus 195 basis points on Wednesday, a market source said.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank and Citigroup were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
