Indonesia talks 51/2-year Islamic bonds at 6¼% area yield; pricing expected Tuesday

Atlanta, Sept. 10 - Indonesia set talk for its upcoming issue of dollar-denominated Islamic bonds (expected ratings: Baa3/BB+/BBB-) due in 5½ years in the 6¼% area, a market source said.

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered Bank are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S sukuk.

The notes will be issued by Perusahaan Penerbit SBSN Indonesia III.

The notes are expected to price Tuesday.
