New Issue: Indonesia prices $1.75 billion 5¼% notes due 2042 to yield 5 3/8%

Atlanta, Jan. 9 - Indonesia priced a $1.75 billion issue of 5¼% notes due Jan. 17, 2042 (/BB+/) at 98.148 to yield 5 3/8%, a market source said.

The notes priced in line with talk, which was set at 5 3/8%.

HSBC, JPMorgan and Standard Chartered were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.
