Indonesia to price benchmark-sized issue of dollar-denominated sovereign bonds due 2037 by mid-week

St. Louis, Feb. 5 - The Republic of Indonesia is expected to price a benchmark sized offering of dollar-denominated global bonds due 2037 during the middle part of this week, according to a market source.

Citigroup; Deutsche Bank and UBS are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

Moody's Investors Service assigns is B1 issuer rating to Indonesia. The Standard & Poor's and Fitch Ratings issuer ratings for Indonesia are both BB-.

Indonesia last priced dollar-denominated bonds when it completed a $2 billion two-tranche deal during March 2006.
