Moody's assigns Baa2 to Indonesia bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Baa2 senior unsecured ratings to the dollar-denominated bonds issued by the government of Indonesia. The issuances have maturities of up to 30 years.

“The rating mirrors the government of Indonesia's long-term issuer rating of Baa2 with a stable outlook,” Moody’s said in a press release.

The proceeds will be used for general budgetary purposes.
