Moody's assigns Baa2 to Indonesia bonds
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Baa2 ratings to Indonesia’s new senior unsecured U.S. dollar bonds. The issuances have maturities of up to 30 years.
“The rating mirrors the government of Indonesia's long-term issuer rating of Baa2 with a stable outlook,” Moody’s said in a press release.
The proceeds will be used to repurchase a portion of bonds pursuant to a switch tender offer, and for general budgetary purposes.
