Indonesia to offer dollar-denominated bonds due 2030, 2050 and 2070

Los Angeles, April 6 – Republic of Indonesia plans to issue dollar-denominated bonds due 2030, 2050 and 2070, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and Standard Chartered Bank are the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

Proceeds from the Regulation S offering will be used to partially fund Covid-19 relief and recovery efforts.
