S&P rates Indonesia notes BBB

S&P Global Ratings said it assigned its BBB long-term foreign currency rating to the proposed benchmark-sized dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes issued by Indonesia, which S&P rates BBB.

The notes represent Indonesia’s direct, unconditional, unsecured and unsubordinated obligations and rank equally with its other unsecured and unsubordinated debt obligations.
