Indonesia's Indofood plans to issue $250 million to $300 million bond in September

New York, Aug. 25 - PT Indofood Sukses Makmur plans to issue dollar-denominated bonds in September, according to a market source.

The amount of the offering is expected to be between $250 and $300 million.

The proceeds will be used to refinance the company's bond due 2007, which has an outstanding principal amount of $280 million.

Indofood, based in Jakarta, is the world's largest instant noodle maker.
