Indonesia's Indofood to offer 1.5 trillion rupiah five-year bonds

New York, April 28 - PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. (AA+, local) plans to offer 1.5 trillion rupiah of five-year bonds, according to a press release.

The issue is expected in the first week of June.

DBS Vickers, Danareska, ING, Kim Eng and Mandiri Securities will act as bookrunners for the deal.

The majority of the proceeds will be used to refinance debt. A smaller portion will be used for working capital.

Indofood is a Jakarta-based food supplier.
