New York, March 3 – American Honda Finance Corp. priced $325 million of floating-rate medium-term notes (A1/A+/), series A, due 2018 at coupon of Libor plus 10 basis points, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Barclays was the bookrunner.

The U.S. arm of Honda Financial Services is based in Torrance, Calif.
