Virginia Beach, Nov. 7 – American Honda Finance Corp. priced $340 million of floating-rate medium-term notes (A1/A+/), series A, due 2016 at par with a spread of 30 basis points over the Federal Funds Rate, according to a FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. was the agent.
The U.S. arm of Honda Financial Services is based in Torrance, Calif.
