Indiantown calls $13.13 million 9.77% first-mortgage bonds due 2020

Chicago, May 16 - Indiantown Congeneration, LP and Indiantown Congeneration Funding will redeem $13,126,584 principal amount of 9.77% series A1-10 first-mortgage bonds due Dec. 15, 2020, according to a notice for redemption.

Indiantown will pay par plus accrued interest to the redemption date of June 15.

There is $268,403,000 of the bonds outstanding.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., N.A. is the trustee and agent.

Indiantown owns and operates a non-utility electric generating facility based in Bethesda, Md.
