Indiana Municipal Power to bring $203 million in revenue bonds Tuesday

New York, April 6 - The Indiana Municipal Power Agency is expected to sell $203 million in power supply system revenue bonds on Tuesday, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (A1/A+/) will be sold through senior manager Citigroup Global Markets Inc. The co-managers are J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.; Merrill Lynch & Co.; Ross, Sinclaire & Associates; and Wachovia Bank.

The sale includes $178 million in series B bonds, which are due 2025 to 2028 with term bonds, as well as $25 million in series C taxable bonds. The C bonds are term bonds.

Proceeds will be used to finance construction projects and to build a reserve fund.
