Indiana Michigan Power to price offering of series L fixed-rate notes

Knoxville, Tenn., June 26 – Indiana Michigan Power Co. intends to conduct a sale of dollar-denominated series L fixed-rate senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., MUFG, Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and UBS Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for the company’s construction program and other general corporate purposes.

The subsidiary of American Electric Power is based in Fort Wayne, Ind.
